Photo and Media Consent — Insight Youth Nonprofit Organization

1. Why We Take Photos and Videos
We photograph and record our programs and events to document our work, share our mission, and celebrate our participants and volunteers.
2. Consent for Participants Under 18
For any participant under the age of 18, we seek consent from a parent or legal guardian before publishing any photo, video, or other media in which the child is identifiable — whether on this Site, on social media, or in printed materials.
3. Withdrawing Consent
A parent or guardian may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@insight-youth.org. We will remove the relevant media from channels we control within a reasonable time after receiving the request.
4. No Compensation
No compensation is provided for the use of event photos or videos published under this policy.
